During high-demand periods (launches, drops, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Australia & Singapore: 5–10 business days
  • International (All Other Countries): 7–15 business days

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions during select campaigns.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in your order total at checkout

Reputation is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


PACKAGE PROTECTION & DELIVERY

For high-value orders:

  • A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Reputation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend selecting Package Protection at checkout for added security.


INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders quickly.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
